Meetings that are 3+ hours require a 50% deposit at booking. This is standard practice.
Any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee (or loss of deposit if one was put down) payable via the methods mentioned above at the time of cancellation.

- FMTY has a 12 hour minimum with airfare paid separately & in advance. I can take care of the booking and logistics.
- I do not require first class airfare (but would appreciate it greatly if booked!). If you want to book with points, that’s fine with me! I do try to book nonstops when possible and travel with carry-on’s only.
- I do ask that hotels, Airbnbs, homes/second homes, etc. be 5 stars or comparable.
- Book early as I only except limited engagements and often book up! One week or more notice is required.
- 50% deposit required at booking. This is standard practice.
- Any cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit deposit, also standard practice.
